Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience.

Return Policy: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement item or a refund. To initiate a return, please email us at redkingdomkc@gmail.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process and provide you with a return shipping label.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the product. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card used for the purchase.
